With a background spanning thirty years in education leadership and organizational development, I've dedicated my career to transforming how people work together to create more just, effective, and humane organizations that make a difference.

Beyond the Work
As a New Yorker who has made California my home for my entire adult life, my identities shape how I approach this work. I bring my experiences as a mother and an anti-racist practitioner into my facilitation, understanding that our personal stories inform how we move through professional spaces.
I'm passionate about creating a world where all people are known, valued, and engaged—where we can show up as our fullest, best selves in relationship with each other. This vision drives my professional work and personal commitments alike.
When not facilitating transformative processes with clients, you might find me in my garden, organizing in my community, or cooking, singing and laughing really hard with my 19-year-old, my wife, and friends.
